How long will it take to receive my custom photo prints?
Standard production time is 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
What is the quality of the paper used for home wall art?
We use professional-grade Fujifilm archival paper and high-quality canvas materials designed to resist fading for generations, ensuring your home decor remains vibrant and sharp.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Because each product is custom-made with your personal photos, we begin production shortly after an order is placed. Changes or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 14 days with a photo of the damage and we will provide a replacement at no cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I know if my photo resolution is high enough for large prints?
Our online editor includes a built-in quality indicator. If your photo resolution is too low for the selected print size, a warning icon will appear to ensure you are happy with the final result.
